We're a few months into Phase I orthodontic treatment for our 8-year-old (braces + Leaf RPE), and MIA Orthodontics has earned our confidence so far.

The office is modern and well-run — appointments are prompt, the lobby is never crowded, and scheduling is genuinely flexible, with evening and weekend options we didn't find elsewhere. When hardware issues came up between visits, the team got us in quickly and resolved them efficiently — that kind of responsiveness is important when you're managing treatment for a young child.

Dr. Hourfar has been professional and accessible, and the staff has been consistently courteous.

Overall, MIA Orthodontics has been a solid choice for our family so far. Treatment is ongoing, so a fuller picture will emerge over time — but based on our experience to date, we're happy with the care and would recommend them to families considering orthodontic treatment in the Houston area.

Mia Orthodontics is the best Ortho places went to for a consolation. They have great service! When you need something you dont have to wait a week or get squeezed in a inconvenient time.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness and organization of this office. When I walked in I felt very welcomed and accommodated. There is coffee, water, snacks, and an area to floss and brush your teeth before/after your appointment. Vivien is super sweet and bubbly. She was extremely calming during my appointment, you can tell that she genuinely cares about her job and the patients. Dr. Hourfar is phenomenal! He is very attentive and he has great communication before, during and after your appointment(s). I am not a very trusting person when it comes to anything medical because I hear so many sad things on the news however, I trust that Dr. Hourfar and his entire staff have my best interest at heart. They have all gone above and beyond to ensure that I an have amazing dental experience. 10 out of 10…I HIGHLY recommend!
